关于职业教育发展的多元化筹资探析

Exploration on Raising Money by Various Approaches for the Development of Vocational Education

改革开放以来,政府制定了一系列的政策措施,加大了对职业教育经费的投入,并逐步建立有利于职业教育快速发展的多元化筹资渠道,但经费总量的投入远不能满足职业教育发展的需求,经费来源狭窄仍然是制约职业教育发展的瓶颈。为此,政府应继续加大对职业教育的投入;引导民间资本参与职业教育;鼓励支持行业和企业发展职业教育;为职业院校搭建好的融资平台。

Since reform and opening up, the government of China has implemented a series of policy measures, and the fund of vocational education has been increased and diversified sources of raising funds were gradually established, but the total funds for vocational education is far from meet the development needs and the sources of funding is still narrow, which constrained the development of vocational education. Therefore, the government should further increase investment to voca- tional education, introduce non-governmental funds into vocational education, encourage industry and enterprise to support vocational education, and build financing platform for vocational schools.
