综合疗法治疗带状疱疹56例疹疗效观察

Observation on effect of famciclovir combined with recombinant human interleukin-2 plus narrow band ultraviolet therapy in treatment of herpes zoster

目的观察泛昔洛韦联合白介素肌肉注射配合紫外线光疗治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法选择在本院皮肤科就诊的明确诊断为带状疱疹病患者98例,随机分为两组,分别予单独泛昔洛韦口服(对照组)和应用泛昔洛韦口服白介素肌肉注射,紫外线光疗仪联合治疗(治疗组)。结果治疗组联合治疗7d56例病人痊愈率(94.6%)高于对照组(73.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且治疗组在止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间三方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泛昔洛韦加白介素联合紫外线光疗仪治疗带状疱疹能缩短疗程,不留后遗症,效果甚佳。

Objective To observe the efficacy of famciclovir combined with recombinant human interleukin -2 plus narrowband ultravio- let therapy in treatment of patients with herpes zoster. Methods 98 patients with confirmed diagnosis of herpes zoster were selected for study. These 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were oraUy administrated with famciclovir capsules. Patients in combination group were orally treated by famciclovir capsules combined with injection of recombinant human intedeukin - 2 plus narrowband ultra- violet therapy. Results The cure rate of patients in treatment group（94.6% ） was higher than the control group（73.8% ） , there were significant differences. The treatment group and time in pain, blisters only time three - crested time were significantly better than the control group. Conclu- sion The administration of oral famciclovir combined with injection of recombinant human intedeukin - 2 plus narrowband ultraviolet therapy had definite therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.
