P_(53)、P_(21)癌基因蛋白在150例良、恶性病变组织中的表达

THE EXPRESSION OF P_(53),P_(21) PROTEIN IN 150 CASES OF BENIGN AND MALIGNANT LESIONS

目的：探讨良性和恶性病变组织中P53、P21蛋白两基因表达特征及其相互关系。方法：应用LSAB免疫组织化法检测150例，良恶性病变中P53、P21蛋白的表达。结果：①本组100例恶性肿瘤中P53、P21阳性表达率分别为49.0％和53.0％，其中乳癌和胃癌阳性率较高，前者P53、P21分别为85.0％和75.0％，后者60.0％和65.0％，50例良性病变均为阴性表达;②本组恶性肿瘤中P53、P21共同表达阳性率为44.0％，结论：前者提示P21癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活和异常表达可能与人类恶性肿瘤的发生密切有关，后者提示两基因协同作用的参与在肿瘤发生中的重要作用。

Method: the expression of P53, P21 protein was detected in 150 cases of specimens of benign and malignant lesions by immunohistochemical method (LSAB) in order to study the characteristics of expression, correlation of P53, P21 and further provide a clue for the molecular pathogenesis of maligant tumors. The results show as follows:①The positive staining for P53 locates in the cell nucli, P21 in the cytoplasm of maligancies, the positive expression rate of P53, P21 in the breast carcinoma is 85 %, 75 %, the gastric carcinoma 60%,65%, meanwhile, all of benign lesion s are negative expression, suggesting that the activity of P21 oncogene and inactivity tumer suppressor gene, mutation as well as abnormal expression of p53 may closely correlated with the pathogenesis of humam maligant tumors;②The positive coexpression rate of P53, P21 in all maligancies is 44%, suggesting that they may play a combined role in the carcinogenesis.Conclusion: The expression of P53, P21 protein may be correlaed with the pathogenesis of human maligant tumors and they play a combined role in the carcinogencsis.
