卡波济肉瘤5例报告

5 Cases Report of Kaposi's Sarcoma

卡波济肉瘤(Kaposi's sarcoma.KS)又名多发性特发性出血性肉瘤(multipe idio-pathichemorrhagic sarcoma)。1972年Kaposi's首先报告了6例。该病较少见,但近年由于艾滋病迅速蔓延,其发病率明显上升,我国已陆续报告27例。尤其目前免疫功能异常疾病、器官移植、淋巴瘤、白血病及自身免疫性疾病等增多,以及激素及/或免疫抑制剂的应用都可能使该病增多。本文报告本院近20年确诊的5例经典型KS。例1,女性,31岁,因背部肿物1年余入院。患者1978年发现左侧背部一鸡蛋大小肿物,于当地医院行手术切除。半年后复发,1978年9月两次行手术切除,但2个月后又复发,且生长迅速。本次入院查体见肿物大小约10 cm×10 cm×6 cm,流出血性液体。故再次切除肿物。

Objective To aid clinical diagnosis and management of Kaposi's sarcoma. Methods 3 male and 2 female of classical Kaposi's sarcoma were analysed by clinical and pathological examinations. Results All the patients presented hemorrhagic or flue plagues nodules that could be fused together or ulceration. The lesions could reappear and get relieved by themselves, The retroperitoneal lymphnodes was involved in one case,together with hypoxemia, oral ulceration,conjunctivitis and keratitis. The tumor behaved intensive spindle-cell sarcoms with obvious karyokinesis. Conclusion The affected organ in classical kaposi's sarcoma were mainly skin,rarely internal organs. The diagnosis were verified on pathology and the treatment could rely on radiotherapy ,chemotherapy and local resection.
