一致性与差异性的均衡——对约翰·奥尔森欧洲一体化研究的述评 被引量：1

摘要 约翰·奥尔森是新制度主义学派的重要代表人物。在政府间主义和新功能主义就"什么是欧洲一体化的动力"问题长期争论不休之时,奥尔森从其一贯的制度思维出发,为该问题提供了一个折中的答案。从一致性/差异性均衡、欧洲统一的演进和政治秩序的转化等三个角度,对奥尔森近年来所做的研究进行梳理,说明制度在调和一致与差异、实现政治秩序转化中起关键作用。
