高剂量白介素-Ⅱ治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

Thr Effect of High-dose Interleukin-2(IL-2) on Advanced Malignancies

探讨高剂量白介素—Ⅱ在治疗晚期恶性肿瘤中的作用。将高剂量白介素—Ⅱ（每次１００万μ～２００万μ）用２００ｍＬ生理盐水稀释后静脉滴注，或用２０ｍＬ生理盐水稀释后腹腔注射，或用５ｍＬ～１０ｍＬ生理盐水稀释后瘤块局部注射。并应用流式细胞术检测Ｔ淋巴细胞亚型和ＮＫ细胞比值。１７例晚期恶性肿瘤中，显效（ＣＲ）０例，有效（ＰＲ）５例，好转（ＭＲ）４例，无改变（ＮＣ）６例，进展（ＰＤ）２例。有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为２９．４％（５／１７）。应用高剂量白介素—Ⅱ后的ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８和ＣＤ５６的比值比应用前有所提高，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０５，有显著差异，具有统计学意义。高剂量白介素—Ⅱ可改善患者的生存质量，提高机体免疫功能和增强ＮＫ细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的活性。

To investigate the effect of high-dose IL-2 on advanced malignancies we made this study.Method:IL-2(1--2x10units daily) was use as intrawenus,abdominocentesis or local infusion.For all patients T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell were measured by flow cytometery.Resultis:5/17 patients abtained PR,4/17 MR,2/17 PD.The percentage of responding patients was 29.4%.The pencentage of CD 56 + cell and the ratio of CD 4 + cell/CD 8 + cell increase significantly.Conclusion:High-dose IL-2 can improve patient’s living quality,intense the immunology function and inhance the killing activity of NK cell on malignancy.
