循环经济发展模式中的价值增值和价值补偿

循环经济的提出,为经济发展的模式带来了新的方向。循环经济提出的"3R"作为其内涵,明确了经济发展与环境的关系,但同时也模糊了其经济性质。本文提出循环经济的发展模式更要注重价值的补偿,认为循环经济发展模式存在的基础是其所构建的价值链必须是整体增值的,而且这个增值在循环经济的产业链中各生产主体间的分配必须要使他们得到足够的价值补偿,这也是循环经济的发展模式自发形成和自动实施的基础。只有价值增值和价值循环能够得到保证,循环经济才能在保证人与自然和谐的同时,也保证其本身的生产机制的可持续性。

The proposition of recycling economy idea, has brought the new direction for economic development＇ s mode. Only the value of value-added and value of the cycle can be assured that the economic cycle in order to guarantee at the same time in harmony with nature, but also to ensure that its own mechanism for the sustainability of production.
