SLP在物流中心总体布局规划中的应用

本文在SLP思想的指导下,通过分析物流中心的功能区域和作业流程,研究各作业单位之间的相互关系,根据作业单位之间相互关系的密切程度决定作业单位之间距离的远近,安排各作业单位的位置,绘制出相应的位置关系图,并将作业单位实际占地面积与位置关系图结合起来,形成作业单位面积相关图;通过进一步的修正和调整,得到可行的布置方案,最后采用加权评价等方法对得到的方案进行优选评估。该方法能快速寻找合理满意的布局方案,并能以直观可视化的图形显示结果,使设计具有相对合理性、稳定性和高效性。

In this paper, under the guidance of SLP, we study the relationship between various operation units through the analysis of functional region and operational processes of logistics center. The close relationship between the operating units decides the degree of distance between the operating units. According to it we can arrange its location, map out the corresponding location diag,＇am, and then we can combine the two to form operation unit area relation flowchart; through further amendments and adjustments, we get the feasible layout program, and finally the use of weighted evaluation method has been preferred to assess the program. The method can quickly find a reasonable layout of the program, and be able to display intuitive graphical result, so that the relatively reasonable design is with stability and efficiency.
