摘要 [目的]确定耐低氮和氮高效水稻筛选指标。[方法]采用田间试验的方法,设正常供氮和低氮胁迫2个处理,对106个水稻株系在成熟收获期的株高、穗长、有效穗数、生物产量、单株产量、千粒重和结实率7个性状进行研究。[结果]结果表明,相对有效穗数、相对生物产量和相对单株产量(低氮胁迫/正常供氮)对低氮胁迫敏感大,且在株系间变异大(CV分别为21.97%,21.29%和22.13%);相关分析表明,相对株高与相对有效穗数、相对生物产量呈显著或极显著正相关,相对结实率与相对单株产量呈极显著正相关。株高、有效穗数、生物产量、单株产量和结实率可作为耐低氮和氮高效水稻材料的筛选指标。[结论]该研究结果为氮高效和耐低氮水稻筛选及新品种培育提供理论基础。 [ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to ascertain the screening index for low nitrogen tolerant rice and its selection. [ Method] A field trial was carried out to evaluate 106 rice lines under N stress and normal N supply condition for plant height, panicle length, panicle number, biomass yield, single yield, 1 000-grain weight and seed set in mature stage. [ Result]The results showed that relative panicle number, relative biomass yield and relative single yield (low N supply/normal N supply) were sensitive to N stress and demonstrated significant variations in different rice lines (the CV were 21.97% ,21.29% and 22.13%, respectively). Correlation analysis showed that relative plant height, relative seed set were significantly or highly significantly correlated to RPN, RBY and RSY. Therefore, plant height, panicle number, biomass yield, single yield and seed set in mature stage would probably be effective screening indexes for screening low nitrogen tolerant rice. [ Conclusion]This study will provide the theoretical references for screening index for low nitrogen tolerant rice and its selection and culturing new variety.
