稀土-壳寡糖配合物对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究稀土-壳寡糖配合物调节作物生长机理,为大规模地应用于农业生产提供理论依据。[方法]采用不同浓度的壳寡糖镧配合物处理大豆种子和幼苗,考察种子萌发及幼苗生长的各项指标的变化。[结果]稀土-壳寡糖配合物对大豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有促进作用,随着处理浓度的提高,种子的发芽率及幼苗的株高、鲜重、干重和根长,胚乳中α-淀粉酶活性及幼苗叶绿素含量和根系活力等各项指标有所提高;500 mg/L是最佳处理浓度,处理浓度进一步增大,则表现出抑制作用。[结论]稀土-壳寡糖配合物作为一种螯合物替代硝酸稀土农用有可能消除稀土元素毒性,从而确保农田生态系统的可持续利用。 [ Objective ] The theoretical reference for the application of La3+ -chitooligomers complex in agricultural production was provided through the research on its mechanism in the regulation of crop growth. [ Method] The variation of the growth indexes of soybean seed sprouting and its seedling growth were observed based on the treatment of the concentrations to its seeds and seedling. [ Results ] The treatment of La3+ -chitooligomers complex had .the promoting role in soybean seed sprouting and its seedling growth. With its concentration-increasing, the indexes such as the sprouting rate of seed, the height, the fresh weight, the dry weight and the root length of the seedling, the activity of α- amylase in endosperm, the content chlorophyll in seedling and the activity of root system were raised. The treatment of 500 mg/L of La3 + -chitooligomers complex was the best concentration and the restraining effect could appear if beyond the concentration. [ Conclusion] The La3+ -chitooligomers complex, which replaced the nitrate rare earth applied in agricultural production, could eliminate the toxicity of rare earth element, which promoted the sustaining development of farmland ecological system.
