摘要
[目的]为红花檵木的生产提供参考依据。[方法]以用3种浓度NAA处理过的红花檵木当年生枝条为插穗,在3种不同基质上进行扦插试验。[结果]在相同基质上,500和250 mg/L NAA对插穗生根量的影响差异不大,1000 mg/L NAA处理的插穗生根量最低,最佳处理组合为NAA 500 mg/L+粗河沙+本地土壤(粗河沙∶本地土壤=3∶7)或厚河沙+NAA 500 mg/L;500 mg/L NAA处理的插穗的生根长度最长,1000 mg/L NAA处理的插穗的生根长度最短。相同浓度NAA处理下,在河沙和河沙+本地土壤上扦插的插穗的生根长度长于本地自然土扦插的插穗。插穗生根长度的最佳处理组合为厚河沙+NAA 500 mg/L。新梢生长的适宜处理组合为NAA 500mg/L+粗河沙+本地土壤(粗河沙∶本地土壤=3∶7)。[结论]综合考虑各因素,红花檵木短穗扦插繁殖的最佳处理组合为NAA 500mg/L+粗河沙+本地土壤(粗河沙∶本地土壤=3∶7)。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to supply reference basis for the production of Lorpetalum chinese. [ Method ] With current L. chinense twigs treated with NAA at 3 concn, as cuttings, the cutting experiments were performed on 3 different substrates. [ Result ] On the same substrate, the effects of S00 and 250 mg/L NAA on the root numbers of cuttings were little different, the root numbers of cuttings treated with 1 000 mg/L NAA were least and the best treatment combination was NAA 500 mg/L + rough river sand + local soil (rough fiver sand :local soil =3:7) and heavy river sand + NAA 500 rag/L; the roots grown from cuttings treated with 500 mg/L NAA were longest and that from cuttings treated with 1 000 mg/L were shortest. In the treatments with the same NAA conch. , the roots grown from cuttings cultivated on fiver sand and river sand + local soil were longer than that from cuttings cultivated on local natural soil. The best treatment combination for root lengths of cuttings was heavy river sand + NAA 500 mg/L. The suitable treatment combination for the growth of new shoots was NAA 500 mg/L + rough river sand + local soil (rough river sand:local soil = 3:7). [ Conclusion ] After every factor was considered comprehensively, the best treatment combination for propagation by single node cutting in L. chinense was NAA 500 mg/L + rough fiver sand + local soil ( rough river sand:local soil = 3:7 ).
