峨眉杜仲对去势大鼠骨密度及血清IGF-Ⅰ的影响 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]观察杜仲的乙醇浸膏对去势大鼠骨密度及血清激素的影响。[方法]采用雌性大鼠切除双侧卵巢建立妇女绝经后骨质疏松症模型,随机分成假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组、杜仲提取物高、中、低剂量组。手术后7 d开始给药,持续12周。[结果]结果表明,杜仲能增加去卵巢大鼠骨密度,提高血清E2和IGF-Ⅰ水平,与模型组相比有差异性(P<0.05)。[结论]杜仲通过上调血清E2水平,提高血清IGF-Ⅰ含量而对去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松症有预防或延缓发生的作用。 [ Objective ] The purpose of this researeh was to observe the effects of Duzhong on BMD and serum hormone in rats after ovariectomy. [ Methods] The model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was developed by ovariectomy, the rats were randomly divided into six groups, including sham operation group, model group ,Nilestriol group, and Duzhong high, moderate, low-dose group. Seven days later, successive ad- ministrating for 12 weeks.[ Result ] The results indicated that compared with model group , Duzhong could increasing BMD and serum E2, IGF- I level in rats after ovariectomy( P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion] Duzhong can prevent and delay osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy by increasing serum E2,1GF-I level.
