Application of Dynaform Numerical Simulation in Automobile Covering Parts Forming Process

简要介绍了利用板料成形软件DYNAFORM进行汽车覆盖件冲压成形的有限元仿真的一般步骤,并以某汽车覆盖件的拉深为例,对其成形过程进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果进行成形性分析,找出模具设计中的缺陷,从而对拉深工艺进行优化,改进模具设计方案。

The general step of simulation about automobile covering parts forming by using Dynaform software was introduced. Taking the drawing process of a certain automobile covering part as an example, the forming process is numerically simulated, the formability was analyzed based on the simulation results. The results show that the forming die had some drawbacks, so the optimizations should be performed.
