贝氏体焊条直接堆焊修复铁路钢轨特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决传统焊条在堆焊铁路钢轨时焊前必须预热、焊后进行热处理等不足,本文采用自制的贝氏体焊条对U71Mn钢轨进行直接堆焊修复,分析研究了在不同的电流下直接堆焊钢轨其组织、性能的变化。实验研究表明:采用贝氏体焊条,焊前不需预热、焊后不要热处理;焊条的工艺性能好,焊缝成形好;堆焊层组织主要是贝氏体,在100A的焊接电流下得到的组织最细小均匀;熔合线处的硬度值最高;堆焊层的硬度比熔合线处的硬度低,比热影响区的硬度高。 In order to solve the traditional bainitic welding rod build-up welding rail when preheating before welding and heat treatment after welding, U71Mn rail was directly welding repaired using bainitic welding rod. The changes of microstructure performance was analyzed under different current. The result shows that it don't preheat before welding and heat treat after welding using bainitic welding rod, welding rod process performance and weld forming are good, surfacing layer is mainly bainite, the organizations are the smallest with the welding current 100A. The hardness value is the highest on the fasion line, the hardness of the surfacing layer is lower than that of fusion line, but higher than that of HAZ.
