重视实体器官移植患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和治疗 被引量：1

摘要 随着新型免疫抑制剂的不断问世，器官移植手术技术的成熟及生命支持系统的发展等，明显提高了实体器官移植（SOT）的成功率。然而，由于SOT受者接受了大剂量免疫抑制剂，导致其免疫功能受损，从而罹患严重感染的机会显著增加。近年来，侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）的发病率不断增加，SOT受者真菌感染的发病率达20％～40％，若未能及早诊断和治疗，其病死率高达47．1％～90％。
