重视实体器官移植患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和治疗

摘要
随着新型免疫抑制剂的不断问世,器官移植手术技术的成熟及生命支持系统的发展等,明显提高了实体器官移植(SOT)的成功率。然而,由于SOT受者接受了大剂量免疫抑制剂,导致其免疫功能受损,从而罹患严重感染的机会显著增加。近年来,侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)的发病率不断增加,SOT受者真菌感染的发病率达20%~40%,若未能及早诊断和治疗,其病死率高达47.1%~90%。
