联合应用骨髓间充质干细胞和环孢素A对大鼠肾移植后的免疫调节作用

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)可以逃避免疫杀伤,而且可以下调免疫反应,从而使器官移植后的患者减少环孢素A(CsA)的使用剂量。本研究中,我们分离出大鼠MSCs,研究在Wistar至Lewis大鼠的肾移植模型中,联合应用骨髓间充质干细胞和CsA对急性排斥反应的作用。
