端脑横切面上内囊后肢不对称性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察端脑横切面上左、右侧内囊后肢的不对称性,探究其与肢体运动侧别差异之间的联系。方法选15例正常人颅脑标本,作层厚2 mm的横切脑片,选取有典型内囊出现的4个切面,用透明方格纸计数两侧内囊后肢的面积,统计分析其不对称性。结果左侧内囊后肢所占方格平均为344格,右侧内囊后肢所占方格平均为237格,两者比较,P<0.05。结论脑横切面上,左侧内囊后肢面积大于右侧内囊后肢。内囊后肢的不对称性是左右肢体运动侧别差异的形态学基础。 Objective To observe asymmetry of left and right posterior limbs of internal capsule on horizontal sections and explore the relationship with movement asymmetry of limbs. Methods Fifteen normal cadaver heads were chosed and cut into 2 mm thick brain slices. Four typical planes with the internal capsule were chosed, counted the area of the internal capsule with transparent graph paper and statistical analyzed asymmetry of posterior limb of capsule. Results The graph amount of left posterior limb was 344, and the graph amount of right posterior limb is 237, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The graph amount of left posterior limb is bigger than the righ horizontal sections. The asymmetry of left and right posterior limb of internal capsule is the morphology basis of asymmetry of the limbs' movement.
