嗜铬细胞瘤围手术期处理

Perioperative management of pheochromocytoma

报告１２例嗜铬细胞瘤，均经病理证实。就嗜铬细胞瘤的围手术期处理进行了讨论，认为以下几点是重要的：①充分的术前准备，包括控制血压、扩容、纠正心律失常，改善一般情况。②合理麻醉方式，术中轻柔操作及监测中心静脉压。③术后密切观察。并提出术前术中处理较术后处理更重要。

The perioperative management of 12 patients with pheochromocytoma was reviewed including the control of blood pressure and expansion of the blood volume,improvement of the general condition of patients and the monitoring of vital signs.It was stressed that pre and intraoperative management was of more importance in the treatment of pheochromocytoma.
