摘要
目的分析评价欧堡全景200对周边视网膜病变检查的敏感性和特异性。方法选取104例经间接检眼镜联合巩膜顶压眼底检查确诊的周边视网膜病变患者,利用欧堡全景200进行眼底检查。根据检查结果比较欧堡全景200对赤道前后视网膜病变检查的敏感性和特异性。结果欧堡全景200对赤道后、赤道前视网膜病变检查的敏感性分别为90.4%、70.7%;特异性均为100%。结论欧堡全景200对周边视网膜病变检查具有较高的敏感性和特异性,但对赤道后视网膜病变检查的敏感性高于对赤道前视网膜病变检查的敏感性。
Objective To analyze the sensitivity and specificity of the Optomap panoramic200 wide-field confocal scanning laser imaging system for detecting peripheral retinal lesions. Methods Optomap images were obtained in 104 patients with known retinal lesions. Their performance was compared to gold standard examination with scleral indentation performed by a retinal specialist. Sensitivity and specificity were calculated separately for lesions posterior and anterior to the equator. Results For retinal lesions located at anterior to the equator,sensitivity was 70.7%; for lesions posterior to the equator,sensitivity was 90.4%. For retinal lesions, both posterior and anterior to the equator, specificity was 100%. Conclusion The Optomap showed high specificity and sensitivity for lesions posterior and anterior to the equator. Sensitivity for lesions posterior to the equator is higher than for lesions anterior to the equator.
