塑型钛钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折

摘要
跟骨骨折是最常见的跗骨骨折，而累及关节的骨折约占75％。其处理相当棘手，治疗不当常遗留跟痛、创伤性关节炎、扁平足等后遗症，严重影响患肢功能，病废率高。2004年9月至2007年9月，我院采用塑型钛钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折40例45足，取得了满意疗效，现报告如下。
