下颌第二前磨牙拔除对青少年和成人第三磨牙位置的影响 被引量：4

摘要 第三磨牙的发育及其对牙列的影响一直是口腔正畸所关注的一个问题。人类第三磨牙的发育极其不规律，其牙胚形成、钙化时间、位置和萌出道具有很大的变异性，且第三磨牙经常发生阻生或者先天缺失。第三磨牙阻生的原因尚未完全清楚，但牙齿的萌出需要正确的萌出方向和足够的萌出间隙。不同的正畸治疗方法会改变下牙列的位置，可能会影响下颌第三磨牙的萌出位置。
