Gansu Province Opera House:holding the torch for the future of Chinese opera

甘肃省歌剧院的前身是1939年成立于陕甘宁边区的三边分区文工团，1949年解放后进入宁夏，成为宁夏省文工团。1954年，甘肃、宁复两省合并为甘肃省，剧团从银川移师兰州，更名为甘肃省歌舞剧团。1957年，剧团定名为“甘肃省歌剧团”，2001年改称为甘肃省歌剧院。

Gansu Province Opera House was established 70 years ago.During its long history,the opera house has committed itself to the development of opera with Chinese characteristics.
