皮肤鳞状细胞癌Bcl-2蛋白的表达

Study on the Expression of Bcl 2 Protein in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Skin

目的：研究Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白产物在皮肤鳞状细胞癌（ＳＣＣ）中的表达及其意义。方法：应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化方法检测。结果：１０例ＳＣＣ均表达Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白，而且肿瘤细胞Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达强度与表皮Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达强度及肿瘤Ｂｒｏｄｅｒ病理分级呈显著正相关（ｒ′ｓ分别为１和０．９１９，Ｐ分别＜０．００１）。结论：支持皮肤ＳＣＣ起源于表皮，表明Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白与皮肤ＳＣＣ的发生与发展密切相关。

Objective:We studied the expression and the significance of Bcl 2 gene product that suppress apoptosis in skin squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).Methods:S P immunohistochemical method. Results:Bcl 2 protein expressed in all of 10 cases of SCC and the expressive intensity on tumor cells was significantly positively correlated to that on epidermis and to Broder pathologic grading of SCC respectively (r’ s was 1 and 0.919 respectively, both P values were less than 0.001).Conclusions:Our experiment not only supported that SCC originated from epidermis, but also indicated that Bcl 2 protein was closely correlated to the genesis and development of skin SCC.
