摘要
本文研究了不同时效状态下Al—2.55Li—1.01Mg合金的变形与断裂行为,并结合显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:在固溶态和短时间时效状态下,合金的断裂主要是共面滑移导致的穿晶断裂;在长时间时效状态下,合金的断裂主要是晶界弱化造成的沿晶断裂。
In this paper the deformation and fracture behaviors are investigated and analyzed combining with the microstructure of the alloy.The results show that the failure mode is intergranular and transgranular fracture,the former occurs in the as-quenched and underaged specimens,the later occurs in the peakaged specimens.
