核因子κB受体活化剂配体在小鼠前牙根发育中的表达

摘要 背景:研究表明小鼠不断生长的切牙是由于切牙仅有颈环而无上皮根鞘的形成,但是破骨细胞分化因子核因子κB受体活化剂配体和破骨细胞与不断生长的牙根发育是否相关,目前研究较少。目的:观察核因子κB受体活化剂配体在已萌出的小鼠切牙牙根周围的表达情况。设计、时间及地点:单一样本观察,于2007-03/09在解放军第四军医大学口腔病理实验室完成。材料:选用同窝生出生10d的清洁级昆明小鼠10只。方法:每只小鼠均取其下颌骨,应用免疫组织化学染色的方法进行小鼠切牙破骨细胞分化因子蛋白染色。主要观察指标:切牙牙根核因子κB受体活化剂配体表达。结果:切牙牙根周围核因子κB受体活化剂配体蛋白染色强阳性。结论:不断生长的小鼠切牙牙根核因子κB受体活化剂配体的强阳性表达,说明此时可能破骨细胞功能活跃。 BACKGROUND: Studies demonstrated that incisor continuously growing is due to lack of epithelial root sheath formation. However, researches regarding whether receptor activator of nuclear factor K B ligand (RANKL) and osteoclast has correlation with continue root development is poorly understood. OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of RANKL around mouse root of incisor teeth. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A single sample observation was performed at the Pathological Laboratory, Oral Medical Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University from March 2007 to September 2007. MATERIALS: Ten brood healthy Kunming mice, 10 days old. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was applied to investigate RANKL protein expression in incisor teeth. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression of RANKL around mice root of incisor teeth. RESULTS: RANKL immunostaining was strong positive in the root of incisor teeth. CONCLUSION: The strong expression of RANKL in the dental follicle suggests that osteoclast was active in this region during continue root development.
