摘要
目的:探讨脑静脉畸形的CT、MRI表现,评价CT、MRI在诊断颅内静脉畸形中的价值与局限。方法:搜集经手术证实或DSA明确诊断的脑静脉畸形15例,均行常规CTMRI平扫及增强扫描,部分病例行3D-MOTSA CE MRA检查。结果:CT平扫可显示部分扩张的引流静脉及少数明显扩张的髓静脉血管,MRI平扫可显示大部分扩张的引流静脉及部分扩张的髓静脉,CT增强扫描可显示全部引流静脉及大部分扩张的髓静脉,MRI增强扫描可显示全部的引流静脉及扩张的髓静脉,CTA及3D-MOTSA CE MRI可显示引流静脉全程及髓静脉丛。结论:CT和MTR增强扫描是诊断脑静脉畸形的有效方法,CTA及3D-MOTSA CE MRA扫描可更加精确的显示扩张的髓静脉分支及引流静脉走行。MRI平扫对脑静脉畸形的筛选价值优于CT。
Objective:To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral venous malformation(CVM). Methods: 15 cases with CVM were analyzed respectively, all of them were performed conventional CT, MRI and enhance CT, MRI. Some people performed 3D-MOTSA CE MRI. Results: Conventional CT showed a few drain veins and medullary veins. Conventional MRI showed many of drain veins and medullary veins. After enhancement( CT MRI), all of drain veins and medullary veins can be showed. CTA and 3D- MOTSA CE MRA could show the whole length of drain. Conclusion: Contrast CT and MRI are effective methods for diagnosis of CVM, to reveal medullary veins, MRI is better than CT.
