摘要
目的:应用双源CT冠状动脉成像探讨壁冠状动脉的检测方法及临床价值。方法:临床怀疑冠心病的500例患者行双源CT冠状动脉成像检查,在工作站进行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR)等后处理并进行分析。结果:在检查的500例患者中190例(38%)有壁冠状动脉存在,其中157例发生在前降支及其分支,16例发生在回旋支及其分支,7例发生在右冠状动脉及其分支,另外10例为多支病变。结论:双源CT冠状动脉成像对壁冠状动脉显示率高,并能对其临床症状进行预测。
Objective:To study the imaging manifestations of parietal coronary artery and the diagnostic value with dual-source CT. Methods:500 patients with clinically suspected coronary heart disease underwent dual-source CT scan, the images were dealt with pest reconstruction method at the workstation, including multi-planar reconstruction(MPR), maximum intensity projection(M/P) and curved planar reconstrnction(CPR).Results:Parietal coronary arteries were found in 190 patients, among them, 157 eases were at the LAD, 16 eases were at the LCX, 7 eases were at the RCA, and multiple arteries involved in 10 cases. Conclusion:Dual-source CT imaging is an effective method in diagnosis of parietal coronary artery.
