长春瑞滨致兔耳缘静脉损伤防护的超声和病理实验研究

Study of protecting methods of vein injuries on rabbit ears caused by Navelbine

目的:探讨护脉膏及喜疗妥对长春瑞滨致兔耳缘静脉损伤的保护作用。方法:在兔耳缘静脉注射长春瑞滨前10min,将护脉膏及喜疗妥分别涂在兔耳缘静脉及周围,厚度为3mm,4h后重涂1次。分别在24h后、7天后、15天后,采用彩色多普勒超声检测兔耳缘静脉,比较其内膜及管壁的变化;同时取标本,观察兔耳缘静脉病理学改变,并与对照组比较。结果:护脉膏及喜疗妥对长春瑞滨致兔耳缘静脉急性病理损伤、亚急性病理性损伤、慢性病理性损伤均有良好的保护作用,但护脉膏的保护作用明显优于喜疗妥。结论:两种防护措施对长春瑞滨致兔耳缘静脉损伤均有良好的保护作用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Humai cream and Hirudoid on preventing rabbit ear veins injury caused by Navelbine.Metbods：The rabbit ear veins and surrounding skin was treated with Humai cream and Hirudoid 3 mm in thickness, 10 minutes before and 4 hours after the injection of Navelbine. The color Doppler used to detect the changes of tunica intima and vessel wall in 24 hours, 7 days and 15 days, the veins were also observed histopathologically under light microscope. Results：Both Humai cream and Hirudoid can prevent pathological injury on rabbit ear veins caused by Navelbine, but the effect of Humai cream is significantly better. Conclusion： Both Humai cream and Hirudoid has good effects on preventing vein injury caused by Navelbine.
