摘要 群体冲突是企业竞争情报工作关系的重要表现形式之一。竞争情报工作中的群体冲突可以从冲突产生动因、内容和CI工作内容三个维度进行分析,产生冲突的原因主要包括各群体认知水平差异、竞争情报工作中的角色和工作任务差异、群体间利益均衡机制缺失、竞争情报组织机制不健全、竞争情报工作的方式和规模等。这些群体冲突可以通过群体重组、功能群体网络化、群体间凝聚力提升、群体间利益分配等解决。 Group conflict is one of the important representations of the Competitive Intelligence working relationship. The CI group conflicts can be analyzed from the three dimensionality which including causes, conflict contents and CI contents. The reason that produces these colfflicts mainly includes the difference of group cognition level, the difference of the role and tasks during the CI work procedures, absence of the benefit balance mechanism, flaw of CI organizing mechanism, working manner and scale of CI This kind of group conflict can be solved in way of redesigning the group, constructing the function group network, heightening the group agglomeration, and distributing the CI benefits etc.
