The paper introduces Wang Bijiang as a famous bibliographer in the 20^th century in details. In his philology achievements, it mainly discusses four aspects ： accomplishments of bibliography, opinions and activities on reading directions as a professor in Chinese Department of Nanjing University, the checking and recording of the novels in Tang Dynasty and the researches on the latter-day poetic literature, and also concludes his scholar judgment and methods.
