图书馆知识产权风险类型可以概括为基于主体的知识产权风险、基于业务的知识产权风险和基于内容的知识产权风险。其中,基于主体的知识产权风险包括不同服务对象、不同存在形态的图书馆主体的知识产权风险;基于业务的知识产权风险包括数字化、信息发布、文献传递、声像服务、网络导航、虚拟参考等的知识产权风险;基于资源的知识产权风险包括信息资源权利归属、权利瑕疵和用户侵权使用的知识产权风险。
