摘要
论述依托现代网络技术建设区级总馆、社区分馆、基层服务点三级集约化管理模式,实施区内公共图书馆联网运行,开展区域性文献资源共建共享是公共图书馆满足大众需求和提高文献资源利用率的有效途径。
It is an effective way to construct an intensive management mode which must connect District/County public libraries with their branches of sub district communities and base units. To construct network - platform is just the mode which could implement regional resource sharing project and is supposed to be the effective way to meet readers＇ demands for various document resources.
