摘要
本文通过对五个社会服务机构的主管和一线社会工作者的调查,揭示出当前我国社会工作教育和社会服务机构之间的主要冲突,从高等教育内部分析了冲突产生的原因,建议高校根据社会需要,制定出具有地方特点的社会工作人才培养方案;以实习基地建设为平台,与服务机构建立投入式的伙伴关系,推动中国社会工作的专业化和职业化。
Based on the investigation of 5 directors and front-line social workers in different social service agencies, this article revealed the main conflicts between professional social work education and social service agencies. Then, this article also analyzed the causes of the conflicts, and gave some coordination strategies: in accordance with the needs of the community, institute local social work training program; taking internship base as a platform, universities and service agencies build a investment-partnership, and promote the specialization and professionalization of social work.
