摘要
学校与社会关系密切,特色学校创建离不开公共关系管理。有计划、按步骤地处理和协调好学校与政府部门、家长、社区、媒体等之间的关系,其目的在于促进社会公众对特色学校的办学目标、发展方案、创建途径等的理解与认同,营造良好的外部环境,促进学校各项工作的顺利完成,同时鉴别特色学校创建的有关政策、措施的合理性和有效性。
There is very close relationship between school and society. The construction of characteristic school can't depart from the administration of public relations. Managing the relation between school and government, paterfamilias, community and medium step-by-step aims at promoting understanding and self-identity of people about the target of characteristic school, the blue print of development, and approach of construction, thus building a favourable exterior circumstance, and fulfilling the works. At the same time, it can distinguish the rationality and validity of the policy and measure in the construction of specialistic school.
