摘要
学生综合素质差,根源不在文理分科,而在于应试教育,特别是忽略"人"性的高考制度。高考制度的基本功能是为高等学校选拔有专业兴趣、专业潜质、专业基础的高中毕业生进入高校接受高等专业教育,决定因素应该是专业兴趣、专业潜质、专业基础。现行高考制度只考虑语文、数学、外语等公共科目,反而不考虑专业兴趣、专业潜质、专业基础等因素,显示其设计已经陷入了逻辑误区。分专业高考制度,合乎逻辑,也更加有利于人的全面发展。
The basic functions of the college entrance examination is selecting candidates with professional interest, professional potential and professional basis to accept higher professional education in the universities , so the determining factor should be professional interest, and professional potential, professional basis. The current college entrance examination system considers only the Chinese language, mathematics, foreign language, which has fallen into logical errors. "seperating test in specialized subject" is logical, and more conducive to the all-round development.
