银杏叶片对精神分裂症阴性症状的作用

The therapeutic effect of yinxing leaf(EGb-761) on the negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients

为了评估银杏叶片（银杏叶提取物，ＥＧｂ－７６１）对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副反应，对３８例经抗精神病药物治疗无效的病人，采用银杏叶片合并原抗精神病药物１２周的动态观察治疗。选用简明精神病评定量表（ＢＰＲＳ）、阴性症状量表（ＳＡＮＳ）和精神药物治疗时副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ）评定临床疗效和副反应。结果显示，银杏叶片对精神分裂症阴性症状有明显疗效，临床有效率为７３．７％；ＢＰＲＳ、ＳＡＮＳ和ＴＥＳＳ评分均明显下降，未发现严重副反应。作者认为，在精神分裂症阴性症状治疗中。

bjective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of yinxing leaf (EGb-761) on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Method:38 schizophrenic in patients were treated with antipsychotic drugs without any effect.Then they were treated with both yinxing leaf and antipsychotic drugs for 12 weeks.Rating scales such as BPRS,SANS and TESS were used to evaluate their therapeutic and side effects. Results:There were significant therapeutic effects on negative symptoms among patients treated with combining therapy.The rate of improvement was 737%.The scores of BPRS,SANS and TESS were significantly lowered.No severe side effect was found. Discussion:Yinxing leaf is safe and can improve the brain function in some ways.It can reduce the side effects of antipsychotic drugs.We suggest that it is a valueable drug for treating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
