物理因子治疗压疮191例302块疮面

Observation of effect of pressure sore enclose 191 patients with 302 sites by physical factors

目的探讨物理因子、短波紫外线、红外线、超短波等治疗压疮的意义。方法随机抽取１９８８年１０月～１９９５年１２月我科应用物理因子治疗患者１９１例３０２块压疮进行回顾性研究。结果压疮痊愈率９５％，总有效率９９％。其中Ⅳ°压疮治愈率６３％，脊髓损伤患者治愈率９４％，中枢性损伤患者治愈率１００％。结论物理因子治疗压疮简便易行，效果显著。其杀菌消炎促进疮面愈合作用优于局部及全身应用抗生素及营养剂与其它药物等治疗。

bjective Explore the curative effect of using low voltage ultraviolet C first,infrared ray and ultra short wave secondly to treat patients with pressure sore. Methods To carry on retrospective research on basis of 191 patients with 302 traumatic areas by physical factors during the time from October,1988 to December 1995. Results Full recover 95%,totally effective 99% include obviouseffect 63% to Iv degree.94% spinal cord injure patients recovered and the rate for central nerve injure is 100%. Conclusions Physical factor treatent is both obviously effective and convenient way for the patients with pressure sore. And the low voltage ultraviolet C is the first choice.Especially the functions of strong disinfection anti-inflammation ahd promoting wound healing are superior than using antibiotics and nutrient at local or whole body or using any other medical methods.
