This is the second part of prof. Shimizu's serial paper which introduces the basic equations of melt spinning process. The eqnilibrium of force and balance equation of heat are minutely deduced, and the derivation of heat transfer coefficient in heat balance is discussed both theoretically and practically; meanwhile, concrete data are given.
