摘要
为反映个体对比视力的变化趋向，对１３１例（男９１例，女４０例）受检者的对比视力进行跟踪五年的比较研究。以《字母对比视力表》检测受检者的对比视力。结果发现，在临床远视力没有发生变化的情况下，年龄２１～４０岁受检者，五年后的对比视力基本上没有变化；年龄４６～５０岁受检者，五年后有近２０％的受检者眼的对比视力开始下降。年龄５１～５５岁受检者，五年后有近４０％的受检者眼的对比视力下降。年龄５６岁以上受检者，五年后有近３０％的受检者眼的对比视力下降。
The purpose of this study was to follow up the changes of contrast vision of 131 normal subjects for 5 years. The contrast vision of 262 normal eyes in 131 subjects (aged 20 to 60 years, mean 43.9) were tested by the low contrast letter vison chart. The results showed that the contrast vision did not change for the subjects aged 20～40 years in 5 years.While in 20% of subjects aged 46～50 years, 40% of subjects aged 51～55 years, and 30% subjects aged over 56 years decreased in 5 years, while the clinical vision acuity remained unchanged.
