摘要 随着科学技术的发展,现代企业间出现了一些新的合作组织模式。通过对现代产业组织模式的深入分析,结合通信产业自身的特点及发展趋势,构建未来通信产业的复合型组织模式;同时分析复合型组织模式的标准、品牌、客户及技术等核心要素,为我国通信运营商的合理定位提供科学的理论依据。 Some new organizational models are being formed with the development of science and technology. With the beginning of deeply analysis of existed industries organization models, this paper constructs a complex organizations model in future combined with the characters and the development trends. Then the paper discusss the core-elements in the new model, such as criterion, brands, consumer resources and key technology, etc. At last, the paper suggests the orientation of telecommunication operators with the theories analysis.
