睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼

Treat ment of neovascular glaucoma by cyclocryotherapy combined with peripheral cryotherapy

目的：观察睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝手术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效方法：应用国产CO2ECS—20型冷冻器对48例晚期、伴有屈光间质混浊的新生血管性青光眼进行睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝。结果：术后随访3个月～5年眼压控制在正常范围40例（占83％）、2例眼球萎缩。

OBJECTIVE: To observe the cure effect of neovascutar glaucoma (NVG)treated by cyclocry otherapy combined with peripheral cryotherapy. METHODS:48 cases of late NVG combined with interstitial opacity of refraction were treated by CO2ESC-20 model condenserRESULTS: Followed up from 3 months to 5 years, 40 eyes'intraocular pressures were normal (83% ), 2 cases were atrophia bulbi,6eyes'intraocular pressures were upper than normal. CONCLUSLON It is effective to perform cyclocry otherapy combined with peripheral cry otherapy in the late NVG.
