摘要
以马缨杜鹃组织培养苗为试材,进行了壮苗和生根培养基配方的研究,为最终建立马缨杜鹃组织培养和快速繁殖技术体系奠定基础。结果表明,壮苗的最适培养基为添加蔗糖20 g.L-1和卡拉胶6 g.L-1的WPM,最适于生根的培养基为WPM+NAA 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 1.00 mg.L-1+活性炭0.2%+蔗糖20 g.L-1,生根率达到85.0%。
In order to establish the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Rhododendron delavayi, the plantlets used as materials, experiment was conducted to select the optimal medium for budding and rooting in tissue culture of Rhododendron delavayi. The results showed that the optimal budding medium was WPM with sugar 20 g·L^-1 and earrageenan 6 g·L^-1, and the medium for rooting culture was WPM+NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1+IBA 1.00mg·L^-1+AC 0.2%+sugar 20g·L^-1,on which the rate of rooting was 85.0%.
