地衣芽孢杆菌L_3在玉米和水稻上的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 分别研究了L3发酵液、发酵上清液及菌体对大田玉米的作用和对盆栽水稻的作用。结果表明,地衣芽孢杆菌L3发酵液对玉米作用较大,并且主要是菌体起作用。对发酵液分析发现,地衣芽孢杆菌L3可以产生细胞分裂素。 This paper studied the effects of the fermentation broth, supernatant and pellet of Bacillus licheniformis L3 on corn and rice respectively. The results showed that the fermentation broth of Bacillus licheniformis L3 had significantly effect on corn. It was mainly caused by the pellet of the fermentation broth of Bacillus licheniformis L3. Analysis of the fermentation broth showed that cytokinin was produced by Bacillus licheniformis L3.
