放线菌Wa-13868的分类鉴定及其代谢产物的研究

Classification and Identification of an Actinomyces Wa-13868 and Study on Its Metabolite

在新农用抗生素的筛选过程中,分离到一株具有良好生物学活性的放线菌。经测定,其代谢产物对多种病原真菌及害虫、杂草靶标有良好的活性。对产生菌进行常规分类鉴定及分子鉴定后,确定其为壮观链霉菌(Streptomyces spectabils)的一个菌株。对发酵液中的活性物质进行了提取,生物测定,经HPLC及MS分析,根据紫外光谱、分子量及碎片峰的分析,确定其活性物质为巴菲霉素。

An actinomycete strain which produced a bioactive compound was isolated from a soil sample during the screening of new agricultural antibiotics. By traditional classification methods such as physiological reaction and morphological observa- tion, as well as 16S rRNA sequence analysis and blast comparison, the strain was identified as Streptomyces spectablis. A kind of antibiotic isolated from the fermentation broth presented some biological activity against agricultural pests and plant diseases. The bioactive compound was identified as Bafilomycin by HPLC-MS, UV absorption spectrum and molecular weight.
