摘要
应用滤纸片法测定了黄花蒿对霉菌的抑制活性。结果表明,黄花蒿提取物浓度为50 mg·mL-1时对霉菌具有较强的抑制活性,抑菌圈直径为10~15 mm,其对霉菌的最小抑制浓度为9~12 mg·mL-1。
Artemisia annua have a good antibacterial activity, this research mensurated the antiseptic activity of Artemisia annua to mold with the filter paper method. It can be concluded that Artemisia annua have a strong inhibition to mold through comparing about the size of the antibacterial zone diameter,the antibacterial zone diameter are between 10~15 mm, antibacterial concentration attaches to the maximum in 50mg·mL-1, the MIC of Artemisia annua to mold was larger than 9- 12mg·mL-1. At the same time, the thesis also discussed about the notice when using filter paper method to mensurate the antibacterial activity for later reference.
