摘要
以植物病原真菌水稻稻瘟病菌、玉米纹枯病菌、玉米弯胞病菌、小麦赤霉菌、墨入霉菌、绿色木霉菌为供试菌,检测了麻疯树油的抗真菌活性。半抑制浓度(IC50)、最低抑制浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值显示,麻疯树油对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制作用最强,处理组菌丝生长量减少,孢子萌发受到抑制。
The virulences of 17 fungicides to the Alternaria tenuissima (Kunze) Wihshire were determined in laboratory. The results indicated that Procymidone 50% W.P. exhibited the best inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium of A lternaria tenuissima which its EC50 values reached 0.510 1 mg·L-1. A maximum inhibition to conidia germination of Alternaria tenuissima by Polyoxin 10% W.P. was observed which its EC50 values reached 0.0205 mg·L-1.
