摘要
选用17种低毒杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病菌进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明,50%腐霉利WP对五味子叶枯病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC50值为0.510 1 mg·L-1;80%代森锰锌WP对五味子叶枯病菌孢子萌发的抑制效果最好,EC50值为0.020 5 mg·L-1。
The anti-fungal activity of the essential oil from Jatropha curcas was studied to the plant pathogenic fungi of Pyricularia oryzae Car., Rhizoctonia solani. , Curvularia Lunata（ walk ） Boed., Gibberelle zeae （Schw.） Petch., Phoma wasabiae Yokogi. and Tyichoderma viride. The values of IC50,MIC and MBC implied that the essential oil had a best effect on Pyricularia oryzae Cav which inhibited its hypha growth and spores germination.
