摘要
研究了酶解预处理法提取朱砂七中总大黄素的工艺,在单因素试验的基础上经过正交试验确定最佳酶处理提取参数为酶量10U.g-1,酶解温度45℃,酶解时间3 h和酶解液初始pH值4.0。在此优化条件下酶解预处理,与传统直接有机溶剂提取相比,总大黄素产率提高了近40%,工艺稳定可行。
The process of extracting total flavine in Polygonum cillinerve was studied in this paper by single factor test and orthogonal test. The optimal conditions of enzymatic dissolution showed that the quantity of enzyme 10U.g-1, temperature 45℃ for 3h, pH 4.0. Under the conditions, the yield was improved by 40% compared with the traditional extraction tech- nique. And the procedure was stable and available for industrial production.
