摘要
通过对杨木变色菌的分离鉴定,得到变色菌可可球二孢(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)和新月弯孢(Curvularia lunata),并对这两种变色菌的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,两种变色菌对强酸性条件比较敏感,最适pH生长范围均为5~8;可可球二孢在20~35℃生长较好,最适生长温度为30℃;新月弯孢在25、30和35℃时生长量差异不显著。光照能够促进两种变色菌的生长。
The biological characteristics of Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Curvularia lunata isolated from staining poplar were studied in this paper. The results revealed that their optimum pH value ranged from 5 to 8, and their growth were inhibited at pH〈4. L. theobromae could grow well from 20℃ to 35℃ which the optimum temperature was 30℃. On the other hand, no obvious difference among the C. lunata growth at 25℃,30℃and 35℃ was observed. Illumination could stimulate their growth.
