摘要
为了开发莽草酸资源,以高效液相色谱法分析了马尾松、侧柏以及八角茴香中的莽草酸含量,并研究了马尾松中莽草酸的超声提取、加热回流两种提取方法和不同加标水平的回收试验。结果表明,马尾松、侧柏和八角茴香中的莽草酸含量分别为5.71%、1.74%和8.95%,将马尾松松针粉末置于3.5 mmol.L-1磷酸中超声提取60 min,莽草酸得率可达最大,莽草酸的添加回收率可达95%以上。马尾松中的莽草酸可以作为新的莽草酸资源加以开发利用。
To exploit the resources of shikimic acid, the content of shikimic acid in Masson pine leaf, Oriental arborvitae leaf and Star anise, the extraction and recovery experiments were studied by HPLC. The results showed that the content of shikimic acid in Masson pine, Oriental arborvitae, and Star anise was 5.71%, 1.74% and 8.95%, respectively. The maximum recovery (〉95%) of shikimic acid was obtained by ultrasonic extraction in 3.5 mmol·L^-1 phosphoric acid for 60 min. The shikimic acid in Masson pine can be exploited and utilized as a new resource.
